Racial Justice Reports are a paragraph identifying a group that is being held back by systems or institutions. Your unit did some study or education and had an action that advocated for some individuals. Advocacy takes time, and multiple actions. You don't need a new racial justice project every year, but can have a continuation of the same project.
Perhaps a new law came up for a vote, or you supported a new project by the city council, contacted congress on upcoming legislation.
An example is our own unit where we held a fundraiser for a women's shelter. We educated our unit on the history of the shelter, current practices and laws that effect the shelter, and their needs.
