What's New?

Hello UWF Sisters,

Since we are in California, the California Department of Public Health is a good source for what's happening.  This site has tons of helpful health information.  Click on the link above and take some time to scroll through their information.  The state of public health report lists areas of interest from bird flu to wildfire health risks to where we are in the drug crisis.

While the overwhelming concern for COVID has faded, good hygiene practices should still be in place.
  • Wash your hands frequently, especially if you have been in public places,
  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well.  Not only can you infect someone ese but your immune system is also already compromised and you could become more ill.
  • Be aware of the symptoms for measles.  Adults can also get this disease.

Even as we have moved past staying home and into the public arena, stay cautious, safe, and healthy!
