Yesterday I was following meditating, ( our spiritual growth event) “Fill My Cup Lord”. To be spiritually led and spiritually filled up to overflowing with love and passion, my brokenness allows me to be filled and be filled more in God’s unending Grace.(“Seek ye First the Kingdom of God and His righteousness......). During this time of curfews challenging our faith and believing God is with us all the time. My family mission , we were able to continue to feed our brothers and sisters(homeless). On Tuesday 3/17 my husband and I prep and made 240 chicken club sandwiches and one of our Sister in church made 60 peanut butter jam sandwiches with one hard boil egg each( vegetarians) .This was all bagged up and was served at the back door fellowship hall. Yesterday i was able to shop for more ingredients for more sandwiches to make today and distributed one on one as they come to the door. As there is no service in church, please remember we are the church, we are the body of Christ, lets be mindful Christ that liveth in you and in me. Psalm 46: 10 “ Be Still and Know That I Am Your God...” As we are all experiencing shut downs places around us, I was shocked and dismayed to hear of my brother was rushed to hospital collapsed admitted ICU San Francisco on monday 3/16, yesterday transferred to regular ward, he had a stroke. In the midst of curfews, I am only able to pray for him from a distance and I ask the nurse to put the phone next to his ears and I pray for him morning & evening devotions, the nurses tell me he is in deep sleep, but pass couple days he leeps for joy just my saying hello and praying the nurses was shocked to hear his response, now he is continuing to say out words clearly, its a miracle Lord we serve. I hope we are still praying together (12.00noon), as a team of courageous Women always ready to face it out there through our prayers everything is possible, the Lord hears all our prayers. Now I have a list of all your names in front of me when i pray, so I say each names out loud in my prayers and families. Keep praying and standing together in times like this, lets all be standing in the gap for each other as Sisters in Christ. The Lord is my Shepherd thou shall not want.......”. Psalm 23. For the World and this virus meditate on Psalm 91. Keep praising the Lord all the Time, for glory and honor Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Love you all |
