We hope you are all safe and well, and looking ahead this has given us time to reflect, pray together, and strengthening our spiritual self in the World of God. An opportunity to strengthen our faith higher and be filled with the Holy Spirit. Dealing with the coronavirus pandemic these last few months has been and continues to be very challenging for everyone. But we want to let you know that the United Methodist Los Rios District is here for you. We have gathered together some guidelines to help remind you that we are there for you. We want you to be strong and courageous as you are Sisters to all of us.
oWash your hands frequently and carefully for at least 20 seconds oStay home except for essential needs / activities oPractice physical distancing – stay 6 feet away from people oWear a cloth face mask if you leave home. oClean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. If surfaces are dirty, clean them using detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection oCover your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze oAvoid touching your face oWash fresh groceries oSelf-quarantine if you are sick oPractice other good health habits (get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food.
